 "Baby's First Step" is the first issue in Rockwell's American Family Series I. Issued in 1979. certified by the Norman Rockwell Museum and crafted by Fairmont porcelain. Limited edition of 9900. Numbered and signed. It's 8 1/2" wide and in excellent condition. Comes with box. No certificate is issued with this series.
